We find the women who took the leap, survived the silence, and rebuilt on their own terms. Then we sit down with them, go deep, and tell the whole truth — so that every woman watching can see herself in the story.

The Word We Own

What do we mean by "Transition"?

Transition is the space between who you were and who you're becoming. It can look like quitting a job, closing a business, surviving a divorce, relocating to a new country, or simply waking up one morning and realising the life you built no longer fits.

For women, transition is often invisible. Society doesn't celebrate the pause. It doesn't fund the pivot. It doesn't applaud the woman who says "not this" before she knows what "yes" looks like yet.

The Fepreneur exists to make that invisible moment visible — and to prove, story by story, that the women on the other side of transition are some of the most extraordinary builders, leaders, and creators alive.

Nelly Onwuka is a storyteller, communications strategist, and the founder of The Fepreneur. With a background in marketing and narrative-driven campaigns for social impact, she has spent her career helping organisations tell the truth about what they do — and why it matters.

The Fepreneur was born from a question she couldn't stop asking: where are the stories of women who didn't just "lean in" — but who broke, rebuilt, and came out of it with something real to say? She launched the platform in 2020, conducted 30 interviews, and built a community of 782 in its first year.

After a strategic pause, she is relaunching with a clearer vision: a full-scale storytelling media platform — YouTube-first, community-anchored, and built for the long arc. Not just the launch story. The whole story.
